Located on Spitfire Banks Drive and just moments from the nearby marina and village, Pelican Waters boasts amazing water and mountain views. Construction commenced late 2022 and opened November 2023.

Vitality & Wellness Centre
Our fully-equipped gym and dental studio, with a visiting dentist, allow residents to attend to their health and wellbeing comfortably on-site. Specialised equipment supports strength and mobility, while allied health services reduce the need for off-site appointments, making healthcare both accessible and convenient.
The Rockpool Salon
A stylish, full-service salon provides everything from haircuts, colour, and beard trims to beauty treatments and a nail bar, ensuring Rockpool residents always look and feel their best.
Lifestyle / Activities Room
The Lifestyle / Activities Room is a versatile space dedicated to fostering community engagement and personal enrichment. It hosts a variety of activities and events, such as arts and crafts workshops, fitness classes, book clubs, and social gatherings. This room is designed to cater to the diverse interests of our residents, promoting an active and vibrant lifestyle.
Games & Leisure Room
Our games and leisure room incorporates a combination of fun and games along with a mini cinema experience to bring the magic of the big screen to our residents. Featuring a pool table, darts board, record player, large screen television and cinema lounges, our residents are spoilt for choice with the activities at their disposal to be enjoyed either on their own or with friends.
Private Dining Room
The Private Dining Room offers an exclusive and intimate setting for residents to host special occasions, family gatherings, or private dinners.
