Jamie is a Registered Nurse by background, with more than 15 years’ experience across clinical care, health service improvement, innovation and consulting.

Throughout his career, Jamie has been drawn to opportunities to challenge the way things have always been done and find better, more human ways of delivering care. He is particularly passionate about creating environments where great resident experiences and great staff experiences go hand in hand.

As General Manager at Rockpool Northshore, Jamie is responsible for bringing Rockpool’s newest home to life – building the team, culture and ways of working that will shape the home from day one.

For Jamie, joining Rockpool was an opportunity to get back to what matters most: being close to the people receiving care, working alongside the people providing it, and having the freedom to genuinely do things differently.
